GRAND RAPIDS, MI — ԹϺ, one of the fastest-growing integrated equipment rental and equipment asset management companies in the United States, will join the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce, area contractors and new team members for a grand opening celebration on Nov. 7.
The celebration will be held at its new equipment operations facility at 4250 52nd St. SE, Kentwood, MI 49512. A ribbon-cutting presentation will begin promptly at 11:45 a.m., followed by lunch and tours of the new facility. This expansion marks the company’s second location in Michigan, bringing its total nationwide footprint to more than 250 locations.
“This new facility allows us to serve Michigan’s construction industry with unmatched support and innovation,” said ԹϺ CEO and co-founder Jabbok Schlacks. “We’re committed to being a steady partner to contractors by offering modern solutions and a range of equipment to meet the needs of the major construction initiatives happening across Grand Rapids and the broader Midwest. This location represents our dedication to the hard work and resilience that define the region.”
The Grand Rapids location hosts both Core Solutions and Advanced Solutions equipment — from earthmoving and aerial machines to generators and chillers. It offers next-generation equipment solutions powered by ԹϺ’s proprietary T3TM technology. Renovations on the nearly 70,000-square-foot multi-building complex are now complete. With $8.7 million invested in property and construction improvements and over $40 million in fleet on-site, this brings ԹϺ’s total investment in the local economy to more than $48 million. The facility includes 14 service bays, three state-of-the-art equipment wash bays, a customer-friendly parts department, a spacious showroom and charging stations for its electric fleet.
“We’re thrilled to welcome ԹϺ to Grand Rapids,” said Andy Johnson, senior vice president of advocacy and strategic engagement for the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce. “This facility brings new jobs, cutting-edge technology and a commitment to strengthening our business community. We look forward to the positive impact ԹϺ will have on our workforce and economy.”
“I’m excited to be a part of ԹϺ’s expanding presence here in Michigan,” said Lisa Lewis, general manager of the Advanced Solutions division in Grand Rapids. “Our goal is to deliver exceptional value to local contractors by providing state-of-the-art equipment and innovative equipment solutions that make their work easier and more efficient. We’re also focused on hiring top talent in the area, supported by ԹϺ’s People First culture, which is key to our team’s growth and success.”
Lewis brings extensive experience in the construction industries to her role, ensuring that ԹϺ delivers both value and reliability to contractors in the region. Her counterpart, Greg Case, serves as the general manager of the Core Solutions division and brings over a decade of industry experience to the branch.
Building up and bettering the communities ԹϺ serves is core to the company’s mission. At the grand opening, the team plans to present a check for $2,500 to Hero Services to support its work with veterans in the Grand Rapids community.
“Hero Services is honored to receive this support from ԹϺ,” said Jordan White, founder and president of Hero Services. “Their generosity will help us continue our work providing critical resources and services to veterans and first responders in the area. These funds will support the Hero Services Relief Fund and the Hero Services Wellness program as we continue to recognize and provide resources to our Heroes. We’re grateful for this partnership and ԹϺ’s commitment to serving those who’ve served our country and communities.”
